Subject: travel with minor from Florida to Marsh Harbour

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to travel with a minor (13 years old)
that does not have a passport?? I have a passport but my son does not and we
have been invited to Marsh Harbour next weekend... I need to either buy some
tickets or kill my wife for not getting the entire family their passports like
I asked her to do about two years ago...
